General Salon and Spa Rules and Regulations

• All massage services including those in packages are subject to a NJ State 7% sales tax.
• Gratuities are not included on any service. The industry standard is 20%
• All spa appointments must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation.
• Please note a 50% fee will result if you miss your appointment or cancel without a 24-hour notification.
• Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shorted so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.
• The spa experience is on of tranquility and relaxation, so please respect the rights of others (silence or put cell phones on vibration mode and refrain from phone conversations in the spa area).
• Since the spa is designed for an adult experience, no children are allowed.
• We ask that you leave valuable jewelry at home. We are not responsible for lost items.
• We ask that you please disclose to our therapists any physical ailments, skin allergies or disabilities.
• Pregnant women may not receive a massage in their first trimester.
• Return policy-unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days for store credit only.
• Refusal of service-we retain the right to refuse service to anyone. Sexual advance, comments or innuendos toward our staff will result in immediate termination of treatment.
• Gift Cards are not refundable and must be presented at the time service is rendered. They are to be treated as cash and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen. They can be purchased in any dollar amount and have a two-year expiration date.
• No pets are allowed in the spa.
• The Place Nail & Day Spa only uses the top of the line products.
